Carl Heinrich Knorr has started to create more flavourful food back in 1838, by founding a factory in Germany. Knorr was experimenting with food drying technique to allow soup mixes, vegetable and bouillon to retain its flavour and nutrition in dry condition. Sometime later in 1873, Knorr had launched its first dried soup across Europe Continent to offer a convenient preparation while cooking. And then gradually followed by the nutritious 'Erbswurst' or also known as pea soup, sauce mix, Bouillon cube, etc. Successfully in establishing its presence in the food industry, now Knorr gladly featuring a wide selection of flavourful food products which offers a convenient preparation.
